There is a one time Initiation Fee of $300.00.

• Dues are $27.50 per month ($82.50 per quarter) for full-time 
     and part-time pharmacists.

• Dues are $20.00 per month ($60.00 per quarter) for Per Diem pharmacists.

• Dues are $10.00 per month ($30.00 per quarter) for Pharmacy Interns.

Dues are billed on a quarterly basis.

Statement Dates: 

January 1

April 1

July 1

October 1

As an example----the October bill covers the last quarter of the year. 
(Oct., Nov., & Dec.).

Payment is due within 20 days of the date on the statement.
