There is a one time Initiation Fee of $300.00.

• Dues are $27.50 per month ($82.50 per quarter) for full-time 
     and part-time pharmacists.

• Dues are $20.00 per month ($60.00 per quarter) for Per Diem pharmacists.

• Dues are $10.00 per month ($30.00 per quarter) for Pharmacy Interns.

Some bargaining units only have Automatic Dues Check-Off, others only have Quarterly Billing, some both. Check the Dues & Fees page of your bargaining unit for specifics.

If you have signed up for Dues Check-Off, your dues will automatically be withheld from your pay check and forwarded to the Guild. However, the Initiation Fee must be paid directly by you and can NOT be withheld thru the Check-Off System.

Dues, when billed, are billed on a quarterly basis.

Statement Dates: 

January 1

April 1

July 1

October 1

As an example----the October bill covers the last quarter of the year. 
(Oct., Nov., & Dec.).

Payment is due within 20 days of the date on the statement.
