There is a one time Initiation Fee of $300.00.

• Dues are $27.50 per month ($82.50 per quarter) for full-time 
     and part-time pharmacists.

• Dues are $20.00 per month ($60.00 per quarter) for Per Diem pharmacists.

• Dues are $10.00 per month ($30.00 per quarter) for Pharmacy Interns.

If you are employed at Los Angeles County your dues will automatically be withheld from your pay check and forwarded to the Guild. However, the Initiation Fee must be paid directly by you and can NOT be withheld thru the Check-Off System.
